The Tombs

And so my thoughts are creeping towards the fall.I begin to long for cooler weather, with the brush of cobwebs on my bare neck at night when I walk Albert. I think of closing my door on the dark, imagining that I am turning the dead-bolt just in time to keep out the stealthy thing that was following me up the walk. I long for the smell of cinnamon, apples and pumpkins baking in my oven. That aroma makes its way like an Autumn fog to the studio.

So long for fall too! But I do not like winter, never have. But falling snow, cinnamon, apples and orange and black are looking better all the time. Your dolly is darling and I just adore her! Hugs, Cathy

Hi Robin,
love this gal ,too, is she still in your possision? or already living another life? Maybe she could be a sis for Ernestine?
I ,too love autumn, that gives me possibility to cosy up inside with candles lit, and and the dark left outside.
Hugs,Dorthe

Your dolls always make me smile. I see your carrot everyday when I sit at my sewing table, I have it tacked up over the machine. One of your dolls hangs on the shutter back there too. It's always fun to visit your blog and see what you're working on. xoxox Pink
